About Sandra Barrett

I'm originally from Illinois. I grew up in Kenilworth but had enough of the cold by the time I finished high school. I ended up moving to Scottsdale, AZ to be closer to my father and I attended ASU.

My father, Tom Barrett, started the Barrett Jackson car auction in the 1970s so I had the opportunity to see the world with him, looking for exotic automobiles. I have a deep appreciation for the classics. I like auto racing as well. Our family was lucky enough to see our sponsored driver almost win first place at the Indy500 in the 1980s. I am full of fun little stories like this.

I graduated in 1978 with a degree in special education and a minor in business. Soon after that I went to Real Estate school and it has been my domain ever since. I love being a Realtor. It has been 40 wonderful years of building relationships where most of my clients have become great friends. I have two beautiful daughters; 33 and 35, who have blessed me with 3 beautiful granddaughters and a 4th due this April. I am 'Glama' to everyone. We are a family full of strong women.

I am an animal advocate and have worked in rescue for 20 years. Its a true passion of mine to find these innocent babies the right home. My favorite place to be is on a beach and swim in the ocean. I like to travel, go to the theater, concerts, hike, do hot Yoga, pilates, read, exercise, go for a long walk. I uplift others, I try to find grace in everyone and never complain. I am a true health nut having worked with a health intuitive for the last 25 years. I own 3 dogs and 2 cats. I am active in my community and neighborhood.

I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh, especially at myself. I enthusiastically look forward to more adventures. My motto is I treat YOUR money like it’s MY money.
